One of the biggest challenges for church-goers will be to understand and embrace the evil side of the Supreme Being. Isa 45:7 "....I make peace and create evil. I the Lord do all these things. "
An acquaintance of mine and comments made, indicates that some people don't believe the Lord does all the good and evil. So let's look at this from a logical stand point. How do these individuals believe the Supreme Being will even up all the scores on all the evil that is done? By only doing good to all those that have committed evil? That's laughable.
To further understand the concept of the Supreme Being, let's look at the symbolism. Picture a child in a room full of dolls, the child moves and talks for all the dolls. The child plays the role of all the dolls. The dolls cannot move or talk without the child's assistance. The Supreme Being is everyone.
All the constellations are in their place, they don't transgress their order. Even the ones that leave their orbit, they did so at God's command. So all humans, animals and spirit beings are all in their place.
So how can you say you love God whom you haven't seen, and hate your brother whom you have seen? 1 John 4:20. We honestly CAN'T! But fortunately, from what I've seen, our salvation is not based on our love for God, but his love for us.
Later I planned on discussing some of God's servants that expressed their anger for God, and they were still his servants, i.e. Moses, Job, Jonah, Jeremiah.
