Some more symbolism- Why churches and church-goers should be glad King Solomon had 700 wives, princesses, and 300 concubines, even though they turned away his heart. [ I Kings 11:1-3 ]
Utilizing what we have learned about symbols, we realize churches symbolize women and vice versa. King Solomon was a symbol or type of Christ, the King of kings and Lord of lords. [ Rev 19:16 ; Rev 17 : 14] So looking at all the different denominations on earth, we see how that would be good news for them, seeing as how this would mean, Christ can choose all or some of them to be his brides, or certain members out of all the religions on the earth. [ "....called, and chosen, and faithful." Rev 17 : 14 ]
[I Cor 1: 24- 28 ] " But unto them which are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God, and the wisdom of God. ( 25) Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men; and the weakness of God is stronger than men. (26) For you see your calling, brethren, how that not many wise men after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called: (27) But God has chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God has chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things that are mighty; (28) And base things of the world, and things which are despised, has God chosen,....."
Remember, a donkey brought Christ to the people, [Zech 9:9 ] And the Lord put words into the mouth of a Donkey [Num 22:30] [ Num 22: 26-33 ] So he certainly can use me. (this modern day donkey)
